As a West Coast Swing All Star dancer and instructor, based in Berlin and traveling worldwide, I experience how deeply movement can shape us.
I believe movement changes us. I believe the body already knows what the mind is still trying to understand.
On the West Coast Swing floor, I enter another world. And somehow, in that space, I find my way back to myself.
